What is more, at the beginning of the 19th century Vincenza Canale, the owner of Hotel Casa Mariantonia on the island of Capri, was the first person to offer her guests limoncello. Which was in fact made with the lemons from the hotel garden. Aditionally, Limoncello di Capri sources its lemons from the gardens of Sorrento e Capri.
Pale and Dry is a unique blend of Cognacs that is in fact aged for 25 years and notably showcases the Delamain style. As a matter of fact, the two cognacs are blended separately and later joined together and married for a further two years which, to tell the truth, creates a stunning Cognac.
Not only is this an extraordinarily well ages whisky, it actually contains some of the first spirit produced in the distillery back in 1972. What is more, it is an intense, heavily sherried whisky with whiffs of sooty smoke, tobacco, liquorice, black cherries, roasting chestnuts, old leather, cocoa powder, stewed prunes. As well as being very complex, this 42-year-old single malt is sich and luxurious.

The Ferrand Estate, family owned and operated since 1702 is personally managed by M. Pierre Ferrand. All Ferrand cognacs are made from grapes grown exclusively in Grande Champagne, the first growth district of the Cognac region.

Production standards far exceed those used to make VS, VSOPXO premium cognacs. Ferrand cognacs are only made with very old lots using the traditional craftsmen methods.
As a result, a Ferrand cognac took top honours at the Concours de vieilles Eaux-de-vie de Grande Champagne, a competition among Grande Champagne producers.
This premium quality gin is bespoke, smooth and full-bodied; soft juniper, coriander, with a high presence of citrus ingredients. Furthermore, it includes grapefruit peel, which is balanced by angelica root and cassia giving a delicate combination of sweetness and earthiness.
This is a blend of the company’s oldest reserves. As a matter of fact, this rum is very special indeed. Blended by the cellar master at Château de Bonbonnet, the rum is then matured in small French oak casks for a further 12 to 18 months. Double aging gives the rum an incomparably round and creamy palate.
