Bodegas Agronavarra Jolaseta Rosado
Vineyard: Bodegas Principe de Viana controls 900 hectares of vineyards in Murchante. The bodega and its vineyards are only 20 km away from Moncayo, a 2,316-metre high mountain that results in a local microclimate with very cold winters and very hot summers. The soils offer an ideal mixture of gravel and clay ensuring good water retention whilst avoiding drainage problems.
Vinification: The red Garnacha grapes are crushed immediately upon reception at the winery into stainless steel tanks. After about 6 hours skin contact the juice is drained away from the skins and fermentation is completed as per white wine, at a controlled, cool temperature in steel. There is no oak ageing.
right, juicy Spanish rosé, gently spiced and packed with raspberries and strawberries.
A refreshing glass of wine by itself but also pairs well with light salads, white fish, tapas, dim-sum, canapes, shellfish or charcuterie.
