PRODUCT NOTES

Tasting Note: Almost opaque ruby red with a deeply fruity mulberry aroma and a lovely sweet flavour of blueberries and cream.

Food Matching: Full of upfront fruit and round, spicy oak notes make this the perfect red by the glass for drinking on its own. Has a lush succulence which pairs well with pasta dishes, stewed meats and charcuterie.

Vineyard: Vines are planted in Minervino Morge, a vineyard of 25 years of age trained with the cordon sour system.

Vinification: Crushed and destemmed before 10 days of maceration at 30’C followed by six months in oak.
