Traditional method. Aged on lees. Natural second fermentation.
No oak. Light filtration.
Pale yellow with green tinge
Plenty of finesse, packed with bright expressive gooseberries and camomile
Mineral and complex. Ripe green apple, lemon and honeysuckle with a slightly smoky and spicy expression
Fresh and fruity with well balanced acidity
