6th Generation wine makers. 5 ha of vines in total. Traditional viticulture. No chemicals used. Leaf stripping and Green harvest. Hand Harvested. 3 stages of grape sorting.
Traditional vinification. Fermentation carried out in Thermo regulated stainless steel fermentation tanks for 25 to 28 days. 10 to 14 months in one-year old French oak barrels. Bottled without filtration after racking and bottled aged 3 to 4 months.
Complex aromas of ripe blackcurrant and red currant
Beautiful balance of cherries and wild red berries fruits with round elegant tannins and a well-integrated subtle oak.
Generous and voluptuous length.
A beautiful red wine which need to be discovered. Can aged up to 10 years in a good cellar condition.
