Vineyard in organic conversion that has produced natural wines since 1980. Traditional wine making with maceration on the skins (90-100 days) at a temperature of about 10-12°C.
Grass in the vines, work on the leaves keep or remove depending on the exposure of grapes on the vines. Harvest by hand in full ripeness with selection of grapes. Harvest in the second week of October with sorting in the vineyard of the grapes, which undergo natural drying until the end of December. No chemical treatment, natural clarification and light filtration. Maturation in steel tank for 4-5 months, and then in Slavonian oak casks for 30 months with subsequent refining in barriques (10-12 months) and refining in the bottle for 6 months
Ruby red colour
Full of concentrated red and black berry fruits, and spices.
Intense, complex, well balanced, rounded palate wild berry red fruit and plum with hint of dark chocolate spice. The sweetness is low and balance with a nice natural acidity and round tannin.
Elegant fine long finish
Award winning wine including a 93/100 on Robert Parker. Exceptional!
