Each parcel comes from a unique site within the vineyard which is renowned for its terroir. This land delivers the original vibrant flavours for which Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is so famous for. Adjacent to Cloudy Bay.
Production methods
Harvested at optimum physiological ripeness and fermented with an array of indigenous and cultured yeast to further enhance the flavours and structure of the grapes. Each parcel was treated as an individual wine in the winery. After fermentation these individual wines were blended together, settled and integrated into tanks before bottling.
