Harvest at optimal maturity. Traditional Vinification. Pre-fermentation Cold maceration at 8 degrees for 4 days. Natural yeasts. Pumping over performed. Temperature controlled fermentation tanks. 3 years in French oak barrels with only 1/3 of new oak barrel.
Bright dark red.
Clear, powerful blackberries with chocolat hints.
Smooth and consistent with dark wild berries.
Powerful elegant with ripe tannins and sweet spices.
Can be aged from 5 to 13 years
