Limestone, Marl and Sandy soil with a south facing aspect
4000 vines per hectare with a yield of 40hl/ha at 5 km from the sea. Soil originating from the sea. Organic improvement and balance of plants including wildlife ecosystem. Harvest by hand during the night to keep the freshness with selection of grapes at full maturity.
Temperature control. Macerated for 6 hours at 13°C. Grapes pressed under CO2. Slow fermentation at cool temperature. On lies in stainless steel tank. Bottling four times a year.

Fresh attack with concentrated lime/lemon fruit aromas, asparagus, acacia flower, hawthorn and fresh almond.
