Limestone and clay
On the hill of Tessarolo, 300 metres above the sea, exposition south/southwest, this vineyard is cultivated under organic-biodynamic process in respect with the nature.
Hand harvest in mid-September, soft crushing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, under close temperature control, using natural yeast. Very light filtration. Sixty thousand bottles produced. Each bottle is numbered.
